    Weird how my battery was working fine till I brought it in for an oil change. Then bringing it back for a new battery was quoted over the phone 360 but then going in said id get a discount for THERE mess up after waiting HOURS there I still paid 360. Should have gone to auto zone for 200 FOR YOU MESSING UP MY CAR

    I had an outstanding experience at [Dealership Name] Volkswagen Service Center! From the moment I pulled in, the staff was friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. My service advisor clearly explained everything that needed to be done, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I felt confident about every step. I had a very complicated Warranty issue that took some time to resolve. My Service Advisor, Justin, was very persistent and checked in with the Warranty team daily. Justin documented and provided everything that was requested including pictures and explanations and even part numbers. Just was finally successful in getting 100% approval for the repairs. The repairs were started immediately. The technicians did a fantastic job—my vehicle runs smoother than ever, and they even caught a small issue I wasn’t aware of, saving me from a future breakdown. I also appreciated the clean waiting area, complimentary coffee, and how easy it was to schedule my appointment online. What really stood out to me was the professionalism and honesty of the entire team. No pressure, no upselling—just solid, trustworthy service. This is exactly the kind of place you want to bring your car to. Highly recommend Mike Maroone VW and teh entire VW Service Team. (Justin, Jessica, and Jordan) if you want your VW taken care of by people who genuinely know what they’re doing. Five stars all the way! Thank You, Michael Welty

    Well seeing that this was the 2nd time I took my 2024 tiguan in for the SAME service. Not only did I find out that multiple bolts and my upper oil pan was broken plus things I never would have thought were wrong including my vehicle. And yeah I am mad. I brought my car in because it was burning oil and was told it was normal it to burn oil. This happened at least 3 to 5 times once in December it was sent in for supposedly fix the valve stems. Then given back to me. Then in March I took it in a couple of times to get WARRANTY WORK done on it. You guys had my car for almost 2 months. Gave us a loaner of a brand new 2025 Atlas that blew a transmission. We were without a car more than we had one. I am pissed because this was warranty work on a 2024 vehicle. It doesn't instill confidence in the VW brand. Then to top it off a couple of other things I requested to be done were not done do to servers being down Or just forgotten. I got my car back with a grime all over it. Didn't even wash it off or clean the inside from working on it. I am pissed and I may never bring it back.
