The service staff addressed all my concerns & helped me save money by bundling some of the things I needed done. My only complaints are that they quoted one day service & it took two full days & they turned off some safety features to run diagnostics & didn’t turn back on. The vehicle is fairly new to me, & I almost brought it back in for service (40m away) but my husband found out how to turn the features back on.

The experience was great. Everyone was so nice on my experience of my first time buying a brand new vehicle! I think I got a decent deal. The only thing is that they need to carry more merch. And, VW Corp needs to get Peak Edition merch!!!
