The overall service is very good, however Volkswagon Corp is very slow in providing parts for the vehicle. We need the windshield replaced but have no ETA of this part and am told there is a backlog. Prior to this, when we purchased the new vehicle, there was a defective headlamp and it took an inordinate amount of time to get this part
