    I brought the vehicle in because it was losing oil and the remote start was not working. I was told that the vehicle "just burns oil" I was told that they would perform an oil consumption test, which they never did. They told me the remote start was fixed over the phone but it didn't work when I came to pick up the vehicle. I bought 2 new tires for the back of the rear wheels for $650. When I inspected the new tires, they were covered in what looks like dirt. Additionally my wheels were contaminated by some kind of white substance. When I attempted to clean the wheels, only some of the residue came off and the remainder is still on the wheels. I dropped the vehicle off at 8am and had to call the service department twice for a pickup time. I finally recieved a pickup time of 3pm. When I arrived, I was told that it would still take more time, because they were unaware that a technician had to leave early they day. The vehicle was finally ready when I came back at 4pm. The vehicle did not receive the oil consumption test, the remote start did not get fixed, the service took 8 hours, & after paying $650 for 2 tires, I received dirty tires and my wheels now have a permanent residue on them. Is this what I can expect from the service department in the future? I bring my VW to the dealer to receive professional service. After this experience, I now feel that I would have been better off taking it somewhere else.

    The service was good, service sent me photos of some problems they found on my car, which was nice. The waiting room is a boredom though.
