I always get good service, so this 2 stars isn’t a reflection of the staff. It’s toward the business for charging 3% credit card fee without telling the customer beforehand. Also, being quoted a price without adding tax is just as bad. When I get told a price for service over the phone, that’s what I expect to pay when I pick up my car. Luckily, I had a coupon which then brought the price back down (to what I thought it would be BEFORE a coupon), then get my receipt which added 3% cc fee. Not impressed.
