Met with Justin to discuss my GTI randomly calling Roadside Assist repeatedly. He was familiar with this issue and ran a diagnosis, after which he had to order a new call module. It arrived two days later and I was able to get an appointment on the same day as the new module arrived. The call module was installed and as far as I know, it has fixed the problem.
