The staff at Mike Maroone is professional, polite and knowledgeable. I only use Mike Maroone for all of my VW Service as their pricing cannot be beat and the overall experience is above and beyond any VW dealer I have been to. I have owned VW's since 2017 and the quality is above a lot of other brands. And when you factor in the service, Mike Maroone, you cannot beat it. Justin has been my advisor for many years, and he is always courteous and professional and always answers my questions and addresses my concerns. Just is a great communicator and always follows up. The entire service team deserves to be recognized as all advisors are consistent and no matter which advisor helps you, you can expect the same experience. I came in for the recommended service I clicked which service I wanted did not receive that service. They only changed my oil and Rotated my tires. They change my screen display to something I don’t understand and don’t know how to change it back and ever since bringing my car in it’s been doing weird things so it almost feels like it’s now having problems where it wasn’t.
