This is the second time I have come to get Warrenty service on my ID4, and the young lady that attended to me tell me I have no more coverage on the services I purchased when buying the car. My appointment is made prior to me coming there and she needs to do research to see if my coverage has expired! Don't tell me I have to pay if you are not sure! Here knowing what she is talking about before telling the customer something false would be great customer service!
