I have always had a great exsperiance, the service is always good and the techs are always very informative. I had a couple of free services that I did not get to take advantage of and did not realize that had an expiration date. I was never explained that when I 1st took my care in for its 1st service. I took my car for an oil change at 5K to another place to get an oil change. Then I took it to VW and he told me that it was every 10K to get the oil changed. That one was not charged, but was not told that it expired at a certain time, the Tiguan had 17K miles so I thought I was still good to receive it.

We think we were ripped off for rear breaks at 30k miles. Rear breaks? Seriously? The only positive was Richard Frizzell. Our oil change from 9/23 resulted in a number of issues… 1- over filling oil 2-Someone screwed up system alert to 3k as opposed to 10k miles. This still needs to be fixed 3-Breaks measured at 4-5mm in Sept and at 2mm at end of Nov? There is something seriously wrong here. Had I known, I would have bought a Ford.
