I booked an appointment online. When I arrived, I was told no appointment, the computer often messes things up. Nevertheless, they accepted me and the work was completed in 1.5 hours.

The service dept seems very well run. And Justin, especially, went well out of his way to make the time my car was there as efficient and productive as possible. He also went above & beyond by personally driving me to the rental car place (in pretty nasty icy weather conditions) when the Uber service kept cancelling on me. It’s SO reassuring to know that I’ve found a great, kind, & professional expert to rely on for my car needs. I’ll be back to Mike Maroone VW service dept every time from now on.
