    I brought my car in unannounced and customer service was amazing. They were able to diagnose my issue and get my car back in a few days. Every step of the way they advised me of the issues and thoughts diagnose. They were very through and transparent.

    I brought my car in on a Tuesday, unscheduled because of a dash alert. When I dropped it off I got a text from the technician saying he would update me as we went along, and if I had any questions I could also text him at that number. Wednesday no update, I figured that was probably normal- an unscheduled drop off and all, they probably had repairs ahead of mine. I texted the number provided to me asking for an update, no response. On Thursday I called the number on the website, but all it did was drop my call. Weird… so I went through my intake stuff and found a different number to call. (That’s weird, right? What kind of business doesn’t keep their website updated with accurate phone numbers?) on my Thursday call the service man I spoke to said the part had just came in, and it was an 8 hour job, so it would be ready tomorrow (Friday) and they would call me. Awesome. I again texted Friday afternoon asking for an update, but no response. I waited for a call all day Friday, none ever came in. No response on the text line I was provided on Saturday either. Saturday afternoon I called and again asked for an update. “Oh, it’s been done since Wednesday, you can come get it whenever!” Is what the man said. Are you serious? Your service department blew me off and didn’t communicate with me and it’s been sitting there done for three days. That’s ridiculous. Your customers have jobs and appointments and lives to live. If it was being worked on that whole time would be one thing, but sitting there ready while you ignore me is completely unacceptable.
