Called, set up an appointment, received an email confirmation and brought my vehicle. An uber took me from the dealership to my house, and I got ready for work while I waited on my car to be serviced. Roughly two hours later, my car was done, and an uber was sent to pick me up. Checkout was easy and my repairs were covered under warranty.

I think some of the staff were amazing! There was no pressure and they knew their stuff. The passion for their EV shone through. Some of the other staff were a bit lack luster, not knowledgeable about the vehicle and really portrayed that they did not want to be there.
