The service department is awesome. Justin Ellis is always helping me out and accommodating my schedule whenever I decide to unknowingly run over road hazards like vape pens in the road. Fantastic service and very quick and efficient. I could definitely go to the closer service department in motor city but I enjoy going to Mike Marone VW North and dealing with the team there.

The alerts you get when they’ve looked at the car and text you a report. Make sure you’re sending it to the right person. I got an alert for a car that wasn’t mine and had to tell them so they could connect me to my car.

Service was ok, disappointing that you won’t match an oil service coupon from another vw dealership. Paying over $120 for an oil change is a little ridiculous.

Appointment was easy to make, I was able to secure my appointment for the day and time I was seeking, I was greeted upon arrival, service was performed as requested as well as service for back-up camera campaign, although I did not experience any problem with back-up camera, service was finished when promised.
